When can I expect my order?

Orders leave our warehouse the next business day. Please allow 3-10 business days for your goal to arrive. Often, the closer your destination is to our Indianapolis warehouse, the quicker you’ll receive your goal.

What if I’m tax exempt?

If you are assessed taxes on the checkout page and you are tax exempt, go ahead and pay the full amount upfront when you are ready. Once you place your order, you can simply reply to the order confirmation email with your tax exempt documentation and we will refund your sales tax.

How do I track my shipment?

After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped. You will also receive tracking information at that time. Once the goal hits your local hub, the freight shipper will call to schedule an appointment for delivery.

Do I have to be home to receive my shipment?

Yes, someone must be present at the time of delivery to check the condition of and sign for the product.

Do you ship outside the Continental USA?

Because of the sheer cost of shipping, we do not ship goals outside the USA. If you are able to set up your own international shipping, we can ship your order to the desired depot.
