The Goalsetter Contender has Goalsetter’s signature off-set 4” square post with 7g steel that minimizes shake, and a 2.5ft overhang. The hoop is height-adjustable from 6’-10’ with infinite options in between. Changing the height is quick and easy, with just a simple turn of the height adjustment handle. The Contender’s internal height adjustment mechanism enhances safety by eliminating pinch and grab points.

The Goalsetter Contender hoop is designed with longevity in mind, with corrosion-resistant paint protection consisting of one primer coat and two-part acrylic enamel paint that are oven-cured to ensure superior adhesion. The high-gloss finish is incredibly durable, able to withstand years of tough play and harsh weather conditions.

The patented internal compression height adjustment mechanism is inside the goal pole, increasing safety and shielding parts from the elements. The 3-foot high, easy-to-reach crank handle can be replaced with a pin lock to prevent changing the basketball goal height.
