Using the Goalrilla G Trainer, two players are going to work to execute this basketball drill. The Goalrilla G Trainer will be set up at half court with both players starting under the basketball hoop. The first player will dribble towards the G Trainer and upon reaching the free throw line, will deliver a chest pass. Once catching the chest pass, the player will make a quick jab step and will dribble towards the basketball goal for a layup. After the first player catches the chest pass and makes the move towards the basketball hoop for the layup, the second player will begin the same series of steps.
