Here at the Basketball Goal Store, we know we provide quality basketball hoops that bring families together on the court.
But I’ll tell you, it really makes our day when we get positive feedback from our customers!
Usually we hear how much the family has enjoyed spending time together on their home court beneath the Goalrilla Goal System they purchased shooting baskets and making memories. But that wasn’t what Lyndon Allen of Brentwood, Tennessee wrote to tell us – he had another story!
He elected to install the Goalrilla Basketball Hoop himself – well, more precisely – with his sons. We provide detailed installation instructions, a step-by-step video online as well as a phone number direct to our experts if you need additional help. Armed with all those Basketball Goal Store installation resources, Lyndon and his sons started the project.
Throughout the installation, Lyndon took photos, which he sent to us. It took the strength of all four working together because the Goalrilla Hoop is a sturdy product. But they prevailed.
In the note Lyndon sent with the pictures, he said, “Thank you for a wonderful experience with my sons. We love the goal.” Their faces just said it all!
They hadn’t even gotten to shoot the very first basket and already it had been a positive experience – probably one they will talk about for a very, very long time.
After a mix-up with the shipper (because the Goalrilla Basketball Goal System has to be shipped by freight due to the one-piece pole) had been quickly resolved, Lyndon wrote back and added, “Thank you for the TREMENDOUS AND OUTSTANDING customer service; it sets you far apart!”
I can tell you, our own Heather just lit up! She shared it with everyone because his final comment just about summed up his entire experience with the Basketball Goal Store and his Goalrilla Basketball Hoop. He said, “You guys are awesome.”
We (jokingly) like to think we’re awesome. But seriously, it’s an important goal (pardon the pun) for us that we do our best and it’s just so great to hear that we made a slam dunk for Lyndon and his sons!
